5 Meo-DMT has been calling me for some time, as most things do before we dive into them. Since I had already worked with the toad for many years, I am from Florida where amphibians thrive (I am maybe part amphibian) and I love psychedelics for healing; it was only a matter of time before meeting the toad.

My teacher is Trina Nguyen, known as The Dharmacist, and she has taught me more in the last year about serving medicine and about being human than all of my teachers combined. She is an amazing woman and mother who gives of her knowledge freely and with a smile. I owe a lot to Trina for setting the example of how to carry medicine in a humble and giving way.
